Ly Tu Trong Vocational College (Ha Tinh) provides vocational training for 950 students

Currently, the school is training 950 students at intermediate level with 6 majors: Food processing technology, Industrial electricity, Welding technology, Fashion sewing, Information technology and Social work . In the first 9 months of 2019, the school continues to enroll and train 39 elementary and short-term vocational classes for 1,340 students from districts, towns and cities in the province, training and coordinating testing for 4 driving courses for 425 students, career counselors for 5,000 youth union members at high schools, families of students in villages and hamlets in Can Loc and Loc Ha districts, introducing 30 migrant workers learn Japanese and Korean countries.
