Ly Tu Trong Vocational College, under Ha Tinh Youth Union (formerly Pham Duong Vocational College, of Vingroup Group). After more than 5 years of establishment, Ly Tu Trong Vocational College has recruited 1,340 vocational secondary students, 2,738 primary vocational students, training 7,805 moto learners; coordinate training and training for 1,250 officials of Union, Union and Team.
